Dear Colleagues,
we are pleased and honored to organize a session dedicated to the masticatory muscles within the prestigious international conference "Padua Days on Muscle & Mobility Medicine 2027", organized by Prof. Ugo Carraro in Montegrotto Terme (Padua, Italy).
Distinguished professionals, researchers, and clinicians will address the following topic:
Interdisciplinary synergy among speech therapy, dentistry and orthodontics: enhancing function in oral treatments.
This session will provide a multidisciplinary perspective on the role of the masticatory muscles in orthodontic and functional treatments, with particular emphasis on shared diagnosis, myofunctional rehabilitation, and integrated therapeutic strategies aimed at optimizing function and improving the long-term stability of treatment outcomes.
The goal is to promote an integrated approach that supports more effective and stable outcomes, while encouraging interdisciplinary dialogue and creating new opportunities for concrete clinical and scientific collaborations.
Claudia Dellavia, Elena P. Ivanova, Riccardo Rosati.
